Day 1

Arrival and Transfer

Ziwa – Murchison Falls

Depart Kampala or Entebbe after breakfast and travel north to Ziwa Rhino Sanctuary. Enjoy a guided rhino tracking experience, lasting approximately 1½–2 hours, before continuing to Murchison Falls National Park. Arrive in the afternoon, check in at your lodge and relax.

Day 2

Murchison Falls

Game Drive & Boat Safari

Start with an early morning game drive across the park’s savannah plains in search of elephants, lions, giraffes, buffaloes, Uganda kob and other wildlife. Return to the lodge for lunch and relaxation.

In the afternoon, enjoy a boat safari along the Victoria Nile towards the base of Murchison Falls, with opportunities to see hippos, crocodiles, elephants and abundant birdlife.

Day 3

Murchison Falls

Top of Murchison Falls & Game Drive

After breakfast, visit the Top of Murchison Falls and witness the Nile being forced through a narrow rocky gorge. Enjoy the scenery and take photographs before returning for lunch.

Later, head out for an afternoon game drive, exploring more of the park and looking for wildlife as the savannah comes alive in the cooler evening hours.

Day 4

Kampala/Entebbe

Transfer

After breakfast, begin your journey back to Kampala or Entebbe. Depending on your schedule, enjoy a short final game drive as you exit the park before continuing south. Arrive in the afternoon, marking the end of your safari.
